What kind of leadership do we want to see in the world today? And why are so many leaders falling short of our expectations? What can we learn from the approach of the greatest of leaders – the Prophet (pbuh)?
At a time when the world is desperately demanding good leadership, this one day training course will give you a practical insight into the leadership of Muhammad (saw) by analysing key events in his life, and exploring how he managed multiple stakeholder demands and achieved incredible success while maintaining the highest levels of integrity, something that few leaders can claim today.
The course combines scholarly research in Islamic sciences and Management sciences, and fuses classical sources with contemporary models to provide powerful analyses on authentic leadership, which will help participants gain a deeper understanding of the higher standards that must be pursued by leaders at all levels, in order to create a more just and harmonious world.
